About The Founder

A former Naval Aviator, startup CEO, and executive coach who experienced my own capture firsthand - I locked into one mode of leading, convinced I was right, unable to see the full picture. That recognition, combined with deep engagement in research on leadership and organizational behavior, led me to build Uncaptured Leadership. I work with senior leaders and leadership teams in organizations where the inability to hold both results and people produces dysfunction.

I earned my BA from Washington & Jefferson College, an MBA from The University of North Carolina, and an Executive Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University’s renowned School of Continuing Studies.
